Prospective Volunteers Questionnaire

Dear Friends of The Pasto Agricultural Museum,

Volunteers are the energy source of the Pasto Agricultural Museum. We value each and every one of you. We would like to thank all who already have volunteered their time to the museum. We appreciate your many contributions and look forward to your future service.

In order to plan we need to get a reading on your willingness to help in the future and what form that might take. Please fill out this prospective volunteer questionnaire or if you are a current volunteer complete this questionnaire.

Thanks again for your help and we look forward to seeing you at one of our events.

Sincerely,

Daryl K. Heasley
Volunteer Curator
